He was married to Mary Jane BYERS in 1866. Mary Jane BYERS was born on 22 Jan 1841 in Union (Towns) County, Georgia. She died on 28 May 1897 in Towns County, Georgia. She was buried in Upper Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery, Towns County, Georgia. Jehu Pickney "Pink" BERRONG and Mary Jane BYERS had the following children:
